An overseas property inspection trip is usually a 3/4 day trip to view developments and properties to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. This helps to take the worry and stress away from buying a property in a region you may not be completely familiar with. Prior to your trip a property consultant will arrange every last detail for you leaving you to simply sit back and enjoy the experience.

On a typical viewing trip you would arrive on a Tuesday to be met by your consultant at the airport who would take you to your local guesthouse accommodation. Wednesday and Thursday would involve viewing properties that meet your requirements and viewing the local areas in which you are choosing to purchase in leaving you free for the evenings to enjoy the local lifestyles. You would be then taken back to the airport on Friday for your return home.
